We stayed accrues from the Gateway and walked across in the evenings to take beautiful photographs of the building and the bay full of boats as the sun sets. This is a very busy attraction amongst both local and foreign travellers.

To enter the area, you have to stand in an interminable queue and wait for your turn for security check. Anyway it is interesting to see all the Indian tourists hustling for a selfie with the colonial building in the background or posing before the Taj Hotel. Very busy area, nice to see, but I prefer other parts of Mumbai.

Located opp to Taj hotel and at Arabian Sea. From here you will get boats to elephanta caves. One of the iconic buildings in India which was constructed to impress queen of England. But if you are in Mumbai, the. Must go

Superb architecture.....best time visit the place is the morning or evening...don't visit in the afternoon because the climate is too humid you will not be able to enjoy the place.....you can take a boat ride but you can stand in long queue for reservations during peak periods.....its nearby to Taj hotel....so you can enjoy both the views together.....

Great place to visit and take amazing pictures. Lots of tourists bit it's a very spacious area. There are many restaurants around and if you feel fancy you can go to the Taj Mahal palace hotel for a cocktail or afternoon tea
