We have enjoyed their especially it was a rainy day We went in a sea tour for 30 min which was fascinating and they have a good masalla tea

Being a Indian every one wants to visit this place. In many movies we have seen this and people who visits Mumbai for sure they visit this place. If you want go elephants cave then from here only you have to go via boat.... Every time this place is full of crowd.

A monument at the sea face is worth watching... Best time to visit from November to March during evenings.... Great view of sea from here....

Though this has been reviewed so many times, it isn't enough. We visited in the evening and the view of the gateway from the sea was awesome. Try it if you can on the boat ride.

Whatever else you do in Mumbai take time to visit the Gateway of India. Try to avoid evening when it can be very busy with visitors. We went early morning and again in the late afternoon just to get different photos according to the light. You also have the advantage of theTaj Palace Hotel right across the street (pop in... More

My wife and I took our post wedding pictures here. This location and scenery was absolutely beautiful. Security is very high so we felt very safe here.

the most happening place in world.....having bitter memories of The Taj attack...... and ofcourse the pride memories of brave actions by Mumbai Police and our respected soldiers , fantastic unity and brotherhood of Mumbaikars.. A must must visit place , when in MUMBAI to salute the great soldiers and Mumbai police.

If you're passing it's worth a look. You will however be hassled by several people selling all kinds of bits that you'll never use! Careful of the balloon sellers...the ones they sell you are not the inflatable ones they are carrying around with them!

As one of the most well known landmarks of both Mumbai and India, it is well worth a visit. Magnificent structure overlooking the Arabian Sea, across from the famous 'Taj Hotel Palace' Visited first during the evening, the place was crowded with a lot of touts trying to sell you photos, but can be expected when visiting most tourist areas....
