We enjoyed about 45 minutes at this lovely little museum. We learned a bit about the community founders, saw the jail cells that were in use until 2002 and cracked the safe! They have a clean public restroom. Also, the staff was very informative and...More

The kids loved cracking the safe and visiting the jail. Very unique town history. The woodcarving artist's works of whimsical animals was a highlight.

lots of information about the history of the town and the people that formed it. Carving that are unbelievably. Nice people that are there to answer your questions. easy parking

If you have the time, the Fairhope Museum should be on your list to go to, enjoy and learn about the area. It is free. The volunteers who give their time there are all very knowledgeable, fun to talk to and really seem to enjoy...More
