We decided last minute to try a Mother's Day Hike. We stopped by the camp office to get advice on a hike for 7 and 10 yr olds. She told us about a trail and 1/2 way through we started doubting, only to come across...More

We visit several times and every time, have a blast. My favorite place in Huntsville and you can't beat the views, especially in fall. I've rented a cabin and camped in a tent and both times, fabulous. Can't wait to be back!

Beautiful, clean campground. Very clean shower facility with coin operated washer and dryer. Fantastic vistas. Nice space between lots, not one on top of the other.

The park is a beautifully wooded area offering plenty of shade and privacy. The road leading from town to the park is narrow and somewhat steep but patience and caution make the trip worthwhile. While in Huntsville the space center and arboretum are worth allocating...More

The park has a nice overlook of Huntsville. For campers, there is no swimming, fishing, or much for teenagers to do. There is not much to see if you do not hike/bike the trails. There are plenty of trails for hikers/bikers. The park is clean...More
