The booking process was very easy and they are very responsive and adapting. Was able to complete the entire booking process via Whatsapp. It also helps for first time users with trust that they only charge a small deposit for booking and you only make the full payment after the entire trip is over. The car was very clean and comfortable. The driver was also very helpful and accomodating to our needs during the very long trip straight from Jetty Kuala Kedah to Johor Bahru. The price was also very value for money, and cheaper than some of the other services around. Highly recomment this service and I would definitely book through them again.

Responsive and helpful with all questions asked. Managed to book a charter service fr Malacca to Cameron one day before. Driver also friendly and patience as we have elderly with us. He also knows how to changed route after checked that highway is jammed which saved us travelling time. Recommended New MST for ur carefree holiday 👍👍

We are happy with the overall services provided, starting with Lernard providing us useful recommendations on food and sights to visit. He responds very quickly to all our queries
Driver Yoong is a great safe driver and extremely accommodating to all requests for any stops along the road trip. Yoong is so alert and always bringing the vehicle close to us when we were done with our activity. We felt really safe with his smooth driving.

We chartered bus for 13pax to Desaru from Singapore. The response for booking was fast and smooth, catered to all our requirements. The day driver was Alex, he was very helpful and assist my dad on immigration as he has difficulty getting up and down of the bus. He was punctual and assist in loading and unloading. Nice to have him.

Great service from pickup to drop off! Yoong was a fantastic driver and KC was a fun and informative guide!
The tour was VERY long but worth it, driving from Singapore at 5am, stopping along the way to Kuala Lumpur, to drop off back at 11pm
Yoong really worked hard driving so far, but always kept a smile and had good conversations.
Our guide KC was very personable and funny. He showed us a great time to a traditional breakfast in Melaka, a city tour, and a musuem.
We walked the rainbow steps at Batu caves, saw monkeys, and had tasty dahl for lunch.
Ending the tour in Kuala Lumpur seeing the buildings and countryside.
The van was very spacious and comfortable with reclining seats and footrest. My wife and I enjoyed a fun and personal tour, would definitely recommend!

I am very satisfied with Yoong as my driver from KL to MERSING JETTY. His service attitude is excellent. He is very friendly and helpful, and extremely patient, able to promptly meet my needs and requests. I greatly appreciate his effort and professionalism, which made my ride experience very pleasant and comfortable. I highly recommend Yoong as an outstanding driver. If you need a reliable driver and high-quality ride service, he is your best choice.

Driver Dino is an absolutely fantastic driver. Don't be fooled by her being a woman. Her driving skills are incredibly proficient and steady, and she is also great at engaging in conversations and cracking jokes during the journey. Our whole family is delighted to have such a pleasant atmosphere and encounter a wonderful driver. Thanks to MST Ms Chin for the arrangement, her responses were also very prompt and professional. MST is definitely the number one transportation service company for everyone in Malaysia.

We had a very good experience! Lernard was very helpful with planning and booking our tour. Dino was our driver for two days. She is punctual, reliable and drives safely. Ms. Kong, our guide, made sure we visited all the highlights of Melaka and Kuala Lumpur and adjusted the program to our wishes during the days. I would really recommend this company.

I have recently engaged the services of New MST for a minivan transport. Their service is reliable, punctual, and the service of the driver, Alex, is exceptional. He is very attentive to details, polite and responsible. I will definitely engage them again for future road trips in Malaysia.

Alex is a very responsible driver with safe and steady driving skills. He is also very attentive to our safety and ensures that getting on and off at each tourist attraction is convenient and safe. Having such a thoughtful driver service made our whole family's journey very satisfying. His service is definitely five-star.

24-25 Feb 2019 - 9 adults & 4 children. 1 of adult using wheelchair. Plan to travel free & easy from Singapore to Malacca lunch & dinner break in Muar .
Please advise quote for 13 seater mini bus with experience driver.
