I really enjoyed going through this museum. It's not large at only about three small rooms, but if you're interested in medicine and will actually read about things and not just walk casually through it's well worth it. I believe we spent two to three...More

Take some time and schedule a visit to this museum. The tour guides are great and the collection is superb. You will find rare and interesting medical devices and teaching tools going back to the 1850s. Well worth a visit.

This was a very interesting museum and offered a great view into the history of medicine and medical procedure. Our hostess was very knowledgeable and entertaining. We enjoyed the tour and were happy we decided not to explore alone.

I highly recommend the Mobile Medical Museum. My wife and I really enjoyed it. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and made the tour really enjoyable. If you are in Mobile you need to make a reservation to see this.

The museum was small but crammed with displays. We saw old things and some newer things. It would be interesting if there could be the newest thing shown next to the oldest thing (like the stethoscopes did). It always amazes me how far we have...More
