one stop on our bucket list golf tour

Am having to review this course prior to the completion of the tour, but prior to Ross Bridge in Birmingham this was the best looking course on the trail (that I've played)

Just finished playing the crossings course and I had a wonderful experience. From the Golf shop staff to the beverage cart and the grill staff, all the people were very attentive and pleasant. The golf course was outstanding. Grass conditions excellent, greens excellent, layout was fun and challenging. Very forgiving but hard enough to make a good player work. Bunkers... More

We are playing 7 different courses on the Gulf Coast this week. Thus far the RTJ Magnolia is the best of the best. Excellent layout and condition of the course from tee to green was PGA tour quality. Fun course to play for all amateurs

There is a lot of variety on these courses: bunkers, elevation changes, water, forced carries, etc. so it is kind of fun. They must have had a bad spring, however, as there's a lot of loose mesh netting to trip on exposed on a lot of hole on the Falls course, lots of dry or dead grass, hard pan, and... More

There are two excellent courses at Magnolia Grove (and also a par three). Crossings is the easier of the two courses and is a fun course to play. The sand at these courses is the best; light and fluffy as good traps should be. Greens are very good; subtle breaks and quick. The Falls course is definitely more challenging with... More

We played all three courses there at magnolia Grove. We played the short course which was fun to gain some confidence and work on our iron shots. Next we played the falls Course which was quite challenging with all the bunkers. The crossings course was the nicest of the three also with the wider open fairways.

We played here on the Spring Swing special and thoroughly enjoyed the course. We played The Crossing course which was challenging, but quite enjoyable. The bunkers all have nice, fluffy sand. The fairways are wide with beautiful trees and the views provided a pleasant drive thru the course. The clubhouse is beautiful and you can have breakfast or lunch here.... More

When your navigation system says you have arrived, but we were in the middle of a rural neighborhood - keep going. It's not well marked but Magnolia Gove is at the end of the road and its a great set-up! Very nice clubhouse/pro shop and super friendly staff, getting organized and started is a snap. 36 holes, two great courses... More

Perfect November weather, very friendly and helpful staff, a beautiful layout, good fairways, great greens and it tests your game. Need to play more than once,so you know where to drive the ball. Will make it a regular in years to come.
