Really enjoyed my morning here. The trail was mostly shaded so I didn't get to hot. Wildlife seemed to be abundant

Partly riding through woods, partly through marches. Ran across a couple of sunning gators in our path one time. Very awesome trail!

Perfect bike / walking trail in Gulf Shores. They're adding new boardwalk branches all over & going to be a new walk-over bridge at state park. Way to go Alabama. One of the few "bike-friendly" areas in this southern state.

We love these bike trails. Lots of options and all paved. Lots of wildlife, alligators, rabbits, raccoons, birds, etc. Several starting points all around Orange Beach. No cars. Several areas shaded. We also like the long boardwalks.

Whether running, biking or hiking the Banyon Backcountry trail is phenomenal. Fully paved- well maintained- wide - well marked. You can go for miles and hours with no cars and nothing but nature. Best secret on coast.
