Bought a few pieces at the Arts and Crafts festival in Fairhope. Very disappointed and it wasn't cheap! The packaging of the fudge and divinity was not sealed properly and it simply dried up. Tasted like chalk. The sponge candy was definitely burnt - my son wouldn't even finish it. Quality control??? I did buy some local honey that they... More

We LOVE this place. It's nostalgic and fun. My parents use to take me there and now I've started a tradition of taking my children there. We love Punta Clara Kitchen. Please never change or go away. An awesome little treasure!

This is located in an old southern house. They have samples of their candies. Be carefully or you will buy too much as it all tastes good!

This is where you'll want to go for fudge, pralines, jellies, cakes & more! They set out samples so it is fun to find your favorite. The carrot cake is the best that I have ever had.

This a family owned restaurant for at least three generations, maybe four. We couldn't decide what to get after we sampled the sweets so we bought more that we should have - but glad we did as we started enjoying the bounty on the plane home.

I could not stop eating the samples! Omgosh... a "must try" place. Great location, easy to get to, friendly staff and great samples! The cost is reasonable as well!

This is an old school candy shop set in a 100+ year old bay cottage, and both are worht seeing. Make sure you try the pralines and divinity.

Punta Clara Kitchen is a unique store, a mile away from The Grand Hotel and next door to the Wash House Restaurant. If you are a "sweet" lover like I am, you'll love the home made jellies, jams, candy, pralines, and more....all made right there at the Kitchen. What's more, they offer FREE SAMPLES, so that you can "try before... More

Punta Clara has a wide variety of candies, nuts, and more, and it's totally delicious. A family favorite, we've been coming here for years, and I don't think we'll ever stop. Punta Clara pralines are the best pralines you can buy!
