Nice place to have a sit and watch the world go by. People practicing Tai Chi and various martial arts. Worth a stop by for a wander

Come here after the Shanghai Museum. There are plenty of street food places where you can get a takeaway lunch and relax for half an hour. Surprisingly, no scammers made an approach which made for an even more relaxing break!

Nice park in downtown Shanghai. The marriage market is very strange - talk about a meat market. Lots of open spaces and we were there in time for the cherry blossom. Plenty of places to get a snack or a drink.

We got up early and made our way to park around 6am. It was beastly hot during our stay in Shanghai so it is much more pleasant in the morning. Lots to see. Many people practicing Tai Chi, playing badminton, or exercising in the park....More
