Love this place for buying fabric. Usually have a coat made (1000-1200RMB, 3-4 days turnaround). You have to be careful about the fabric. All the shops say "best cashmere", then you get a blend. Know how to test for wool & cashmere before you go.

I didn't buy any curtains so can t give any recommendations. But yes I believe you can buy them there.

I didn't see any. It was mainly wool and cashmere jackets/coats. Saw some raincoats too. But they had 4 floors of fabrics so there could be some somewhere.
