This was one of our favorite activities. We learned about nursing wild animals back to health after injuries and/or confinement as pets by people, with the hope of releasing them back into the wild. Carlos, our guide, was knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about the animals.

Great trip for family. The kids enjoyed the tour with the animals and learning about how they arrived. We also volunteered to cut up fruit for birds and monkeys and were able to feed. Kids had big smiles.

We did the day of volunteering to feed and learn about the animals. It was fun and informative, and we even got a coffee and snack break. Highly recommended!
