I did the trip with my grandma and we both loved it. Our tour guide Rubio was phenomenal and very informative. The trip itself wasn't arduous and the view was great

Hello, we are planning a trip to CR July 1st thru July 6th. We are worried about the weather. However, we would like to book some of your tours. My question is if we book a tour on a certain day & the weather is bad can we reschedule to another date or do we get our money refunded. The other question is we are interested in the baldi springs & the Arenal hot springs. What is the difference? Thank you
