About
This is a small company with a lot of desire to expand, so that they can get to know the natural paradise that we have in our country Costa Rica, its culture, as well as its people Pura Vida!! Also that our clients can be satisfied to be able to offer them our services and good attention. We adapt to the preferences of our tourists, providing transport services, transfers and tour guides (naturalists, adventurers and locals). We offer a private service, in order to make our clients part of our quality brand. Costa Rica One On One Tours has the Project to serve this community as well as the surrounding communities, cleaning, collecting garbage taking into account recycling. We will seek the help of volunteers who wish to support this cause.

Trip of a lifetime with a great guide!

We had a spectacular trip in Costa Rica and it would not have been possible without Manuel's great guidance. We told him in advance what types of things we wanted to do, and he took care of the rest. He arranged hiking, river tubing, zip lining, animal sanctuaries, and night walks. He knows great spots in each of the regions we visited, and has contacts with local businesses where we were treated specially. He showed up each morning exactly on schedule and would do as much, or as little as we wanted. He seems to know every corner of the country. Most importantly, Manuel is very pleasant and it was fun to spend the days with him. I highly recommend him.

Amazing volcano and waterfall tour

Pablo was absolutely amazing as a guide, showing us a great time while being cordial, polite, professional, and gregarious. We're already discussing our next trip with him.

Best tour company!!

We met Manuel and Pablo in 2022 and did several trips with them. We just returned from another trip with Pablo to the Torino river rafting, hiking in the rain forest and learning how coffee and cacao is produced.
We appreciate the knowledge of these 2 guides, history of the area, wild life, Fauna and very well spoken English. Also their punctuality.
We recommend them to all our friends who are visiting this beautiful country!

Monte Verde tour from Coco

We just spent almost 14 hours on a tour to Monte Verde , Costa Rica with Manuel and it was fabulous. He picked us up promptly at 6am for the four hour drive. Their mini van was very comfortable and was equipped with cold drinks if needed.
The last section of road to Monte Verdi was a challenge for most vehicles as it was littered with holes and wash outs but Manuel maneuvered his way up like a real pro. We stopped on the way for coffee and pastries.
Manuel was very knowledgeable on local geography and history which made the trip even more enjoyable.
He also accompanied us for the entire tour through the cloud forest which many tour drivers don’t do.
I would give this company 6 stars if that option was available !
The tour could have been 3 hours shorter if they would do some maintenance on the roads!

We had a fantastic time in Costa Rica thanks to One on one tours organization and our super guide Manuel Ureña. He is very professional, punctual and nice person. He went about and beyond to make sure we got an excellent experience.
I would highly recommend his tours.

The best tour guides in Costa Rica! They took us to all the beautiful spots from San Jose up to Guanacaste, hitting both touristy and local places. Manuel, really outdid himself with his local restaurants knowledge taking us to eat at awesome places all along the day.

Best trip of my life!

My family and I spent the most amazing 10 days in Costa Rica with Manuel. He became part of the family! He was respectful, punctual, organized, patient, outgoing and fun! We had full days packed with adventures. Manuel took us to the best restaurants in Costa Rica and had great connections with all the locals. We will defiantly be back and would not going with anyone but Manuel!

Wonderful, fun-filled, educational, safe way to tour beautiful diverse Costa Rica.

In addition to the beautiful landscapes, wildlife, small towns, and hiking and walking, we enjoyed our experiences with our guide/drivers Manuel (for three days), and Henry for one day. Manuel, the lead guide and his friend Henry are knowledgeable, lots of fun, and safe drivers. At all times, the One on One team went out of their way to make each tour special and unique for us. We really felt that we were traveling with friends who cared about us. We were picked up from a private home outside of San Jose and traveled to La Fortuna, stopping at small towns, beautiful churches and town squares, and delicious bakeries and cafes. We spent the next two days with Manuel as well, visiting Lake Arenal, the Fortuna Waterfall, the hanging bridges, private preserves for photographs and hiking, and wonderful special local restaurants.
One on One Costa Rica tour company was recommended to us by our brother and sister in-law who traveled with them with their entire family of adult children and one new grandchild. We will be booking many more tours with them.
We highly recommend Manuel, the owner, Henry, and the One on One Team.

Perfect tours, beautiful country, and new friends.

These guys have my complete and total trust with planning any of my Costa Rican adventures. I met Manuel and Pablo in February of 2022 on my first trip to this amazing country. We instantly hit it off and within a matter of minutes of riding with Manuel he had made contact and reservations for things I didn't think possible with such short notice, just from a conversation about what I wanted to see during my visit. That trip was AMAZING and I knew I had to go back to see the rest of the country. My most recent trip was fantastic and I left the itinerary completely up to Manuel and Pablo. My friends and I were blown away with their dedication to their clients and making sure everyone is comfortable and happy with their day. I've come to love Costa Rica, largely in part to Pablo and Manuels knowledge and their love for their country. They love to share their knowledge and their favorite places. Their personalities shine with their laughs, jokes and desire to help whomever needs it. My next trip is planned already and I can't wait! One on One Tours is definitely a must do! You can't beat the determination these guys have to ensure you have THE BEST time in Costa Rica. You'll leave with a love for the country, a little bit more Spanish, a craving for patacones and chorreadas, and two great friends ❤️.

If you are worried about rusty Spanish speaking skills, don't be. These guys speak perfect English and are happy to help you with a few Spanish phrases.
