We thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon out on the water with Steve. His quality kayaks are pedal-powered and great fun to operate. (It's a very pleasant way of getting some gentle exercise, as well as getting a tan!) Starting from Playa Potrero, we pedalled round the headland to Playa Danta (approx 75 mins) where we enjoyed a well-deserved, delicious lunch on the beach at Lola's, before heading back to Potrero. The return pedal took a little less time as we were going with the tide. Steve is a very likeable, friendly guy who knows a lot about fishing and the local area. The sea off Potrero is popular not only with local fishermen, but different varieties of seabirds, particularly brown pelicans. We had a great afternoon and would certainly give a 'thumbs up' to Costa Kayak!
