I really dont know where to start. The sunsets were beautiful. The beach sands were extremely warm to walk on in bare feet. The begining walk into the ocean was very murky and full of shells and rocks, kinda really hurt the bottoms of your feet but once out quite a ways it was nothing but sand. Wish there were... More

One of the best places to chill and enjoy the ocean we have ever been too! Everything you could wish for - great selection of places to eat. Near to shops Plenty of shade for paler skinned members of group and beautiful clean wide beach - great for families and couples alike Hope to be back!

The area is very beautiful and save. Some corals and crabs so better to wear sandals I stayed at hotel villas samara which is nice Many hostels This is a place to enjoy nature not for party seekers. Much more liked by families with children

great spot for people watching, nice long and wide beach, lots of cute dogs, horses... lots of places to stay, good drinks and food all along the beach. The town is so close and cute. We caught slight partial sunsets from the beach. Only reason I didn't rate it 5/5 is because the beach wasn't as tranquil as I thought... More

You can ride bicyles or horses or just walk in the surf, or just sit and relax over a cold one at one of the beach front places. We really liked Lo Que Hay (It Is What It Is).... More

Beautiful beach, great vista. The locals were very friendly and accommodating. Gentle surf made it ideal for my first surf lesson. Had lunch on the beach. Just found it to be amazingly relaxed.

Absolutely beautiful! The sand is grey and incredibly soft. Shells are plentiful, as is driftwood. The waves were gentle, and people paddle-boarded out to the island. Wild horses wandered around on the beach and throughout the town. There were also horses for rent if you wanted to ride on the beach. At low tide, there were tons of tide pools... More

So peaceful and quiet. Barely any yahoos, just nice people, surfing lessons, dogs running around. Really cute beach surrounded by a really cute town.

Definitely want to go back....always something to watch, people taking surfing lessons, horses going past, volleyball, swimming and boating. Nice sand and easy waves.
