I walked into this park every day for two weeks. I loved the staff, the perfect beaches and of course the animals which were the purpose for my visit. There might be no better place for a closet biologist to get daily views of troops of capuchins and howlers.

I visited this park 6 years ago and had an amazing day there. You can walk around and see the wildlife or just enjoy the beach but make sure you're careful with your food! The park is notorious for its Capuchin monkeys and tourists often feed them even if they're told not to, so, these monkeys are SMART. Also, as... More

We probably saw ten sloths on our 25 minute walk to the beach. If you enter on the Cahuita side, the price of admission is by donation (no need to be cheap - the park maintenance doesn't pay for itself!) The main path goes right along the beach and there are plenty of places to relax and swim along the... More

Once we gave our donations we were on our way. The park is a beautiful place with many different animals in their wild surroundings. The walk along the Caribbean is flat, sandy and easy with the exception of a few roots you need to step over. There are many spots along the path where you can stop for a picnic... More

This is a must see if in the area. First of all, so many animals are here! Secondly, the beaches and reefs are beautiful! If you are in need of a guide, look up Fred at the Land Over. He drives an old school Land Rover, and can spot animals like I've never seen. We just had an overall great... More

Sloths, capuchins, howlers and the rest can be seen as you meander along the sandy pathway stopping at little beach areas shaded by overhanging leaves. Paddling across creeks as you go, the wildlife and huge colourful butterflies are stunning. Don't wear trainers... Flip-flops are ideal for slipping off while you wade across creeks and rinse off easily after the muddy... More

Walked half the trail. Remember it's free if someone tries to sell you tickets! Hdcjhdhjbcdghjbkgv saw monkeys. Take a bathing suit, or picnic.

My wife and I went to Cahuita National Park one morning at 8:00 a.m. Our resort suggested and booked a local guide, Tito from Casitos Tito in Cahuita. We were with another couple and the cost was $20.00 a person. We entered through the park through the town of Cahuita and entrance fee is by donation. This was our third... More

We enjoyed a walk in the park! Seen a lot of Moneys and two Slouths in the short time we were there!
