In Costa Rica, like most places, pretty much every gift shop has the same stuff ... but not Tico Pod. My boyfriend and I both found unique items that we really liked. This shop sells loads of locally produced (and far away) arty bits. Pictures, jewellery, bags....Good prices too.

Not sure what everyone is raving about. Same stuff as everyone else, higher prices. It's inside and air conditioned but other than that nothing special here.

every year spend a lot of time going thru his origional oils and looking for origional hand made jewerly to trip my trigger,he has the best chocolate of any in Jaco.

Nice local art shop. Lots of different types of art. Paintings, jewelry, knick knacks, chocolate, coffee, native masks and beautiful paintings. Friendly staff and lots to choose from.

my sister and I walked in, the staging of products was very inviting. Once we were in the store, there were so many nice items for gifts it was hard to narrow my choices down. I visited store after store selling the exact same items. This one had some unique items and more upscale. I got a lovely little sloth painting to remind me of our first family trip to Costa Rica.
