From the Mangrove Ecological Boat or Kayak Tour & Interactives, our High-Octane White Water Rafting Adventures, Guided Hiking & Tutorials, Sea & River Kayaking, Horseback Riding & Botanical Experiences, Coral Reef Snorkeling, Ecological Canopy Tours, only to name a few, day or night -- ALL our Iguana Tours are geared towards ecology, safety, stewardship, education, adventure, and most of all, fun. As the locals say, “¡Pura Vida!”Let us show you our country. But bottom line, we don’t want you to just have safe, educational, fun, unforgettable adventures – we want you to come back as well.

Kayaking w the family was great. Out in the Pacific Ocean we paddled to a coral reef and snorkeled for a bout 30 min. The fish were everywhere. We didn't see as many different types of fish as I hoped but did see several. Parrot fish and others. It was a great time. The fresh fruit on the beach was... More

We arrived at the head office at around 6:30am in the morning. The front desk man was very nice, knowledgable, and interesting to talk to. We headed over to Island Damas on a mini bus with other people going to take the boat. On the ride there the tour guide was very knowledgeable and gave as a really good explanation... More

We took our children (9, 9, and 11) white water rafting and had the best time! Our guide, JJ, was amazing! So funny and so patient with the kiddos. The children (and adults) had a blast. My kids will definitely remember this trip forever.

We used this tour company, booked through our travel agent, for our tour of Manuel Antonio. I had reservations about the park, but the tour guide was top notch. The tour itself was well organized and progfessionally run.

We signed up for the Mangrove kayak tour with lunch. The bus was supposed to pick us up at 12:45. It ended up picking us up at 1:15. I was starving. Ready for lunch. But, we spent another 45 minutes picking up a LOT more people, stopping at the office so people could pay and then picking up workers. We... More

Dear Customer, we are very sorry for not fullyfit your expectations. We normally do not take groups this big, this was an ecepcional day. We will take your advice of course to keep it small and more boutique. This tour is very popular and some times everybody wants to go on the same day. Please accept our apologize for this... More

Our rafting trip was great. Our guide was funny and kept us safe. We were a small group so they were accommodating with our wants. It was fun to swim and jump off a ledge into the water along the way. Lunch at the end was a pleasant surprise. It was a plated meal at a restaurant. Felt a little... More

As somebody who, as a 8 year-old boy, almost died under strong waves on the beach, I have always been very reticent about water rafting. This time I decided to bite the bullet and do it, and I am very very happy I did it because it was one of the most exhilarating experiences in years. The instructors were wonderful... More

We went on two tours (booked through Hellen at Top Travel Costa Rica): the first was a sea kayak and snorkel adventure with Brian. He was an excellent guide and made sure we were all a safe distance behind him. He took us to a beautiful bay where we had some snacks and got to hang out for a while.... More

We traveled out of Quepos with 35 or so people on an Iguana tour bus to the nearby Damas Mangroves (about a 20 minute drive). A couple dozen people went on the boat tour; twelve of us kayaked through the mangroves with our guide Fabian. There are single and double kayaks available. Fabian was fabulous. He constantly checked on how... More

Our hotel booked us on the Iguana Tours kayaking through the mangroves. The company picked us up on a rickety old bus bus, then we proceeded around a variety of other hotels which took quite a while, then we went via the tour co office so some of the guests could pay, all of which took the best part of...
