My husband and I went on this tour at Rancho Tipico Don Juan on our honeymoon and could not have had more fun! Randall was an amazing tour guide and so knowledgable! It ended up just being my husband and I on the tour and it was so romantic and just what we were looking for. The horses were also... More

Our Tour Guide was "D" and she was awesome. Her presentation was thorough and professional. I went on the tour with my 14 yr old daughter, who loves horses. Both horses were very docile and easy to control. The waterfalls were amazing. We wore our bathing suits underneath our riding clothes and took advantage of the time to swim and... More

Randall of Rancho Tipico Don Juan, went above and beyond to make sure this was memorable and wonderful experience for my husband and I. A very experienced rider, I had a very bad fall from a horse about a decade ago and was somewhat timid about riding again. Randall assured us the horses were very calm, but I insisted on... More

Randall, Moises and Don Juan (Randalls father) were excellent guides, friendly and very patient. My sisters and I are not experienced riders but we did not worry as they paired us with excellent horses . The ride went well with a good pace and took us to an Amazing waterfall that brought out my inner child, they let us swim... More

Everything about this adventure was amazing. Starting with Randall who was very prompt at picking us up at our Hotel, during the 20 minute ride to his farm we learned a lot about the area. Randall is very professional and knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. On the way we were served fresh fruits and water. At the farm... More

I adore this property. The tour guide and ranch owner is Randall, and he is professional, smart, genuine and warm. He can tell you everything about the history and wildlife in the area, which I was not expecting and it made the experience. He has lived here his whole life and it is easy to see how much he loves... More

It was an amazing countryside trip. Loved the horseback riding.. I should admit, I was too nervous as this was my first time doing horseback riding with my 2 year old daughter. But Randell and his dad was very nice and courteous, explained everything in detail. Loved the short hike into the rainforest then dip in the waterfall was just... More

This was by far the best part of our trip to Costa Rica! Randall and his father have the most beautiful property. Where else can you ride horses through farmland, a rainforest and to a waterfall? We had the most peaceful ride and the land was exquisite! Highly recommend this excursion!
