Worth the trip to view beautiful Moorea. The trail is rickety and quite an experience in itself. Great views all the way up!

Traveling up the mountain thru the winding road to the top the view was worth the trip. The views were amazing! Had a great time.

This was part of an excursion purchased through my cruise line, however, I believe there are local tour guides available or you can do this on your own. The advantage of using a tour guide is the additional information you will get. It is not...More

My husband and I rented a car for the day. This was our first stop and it was beyond beautiful. We got to be at the highest point where a car could drive. If you are planning to come, bring a lock with you. You...More

Nice high point to take some lovely photos of the bays. The road is good, and was no problem to go up the two of us on a scooter. Make sure to take our anti-mosquito spray with you.

We took ATV's up to the spot with our three kids and we had a great time. Fun way to see the views and fun way to travel to get there.

If you like hiking, then I would fully reccomend skipping the probably overpriced drive up tour and actually start from the bottom and walk your way up to the look out! That way you can take your time and enjoy the many trails through the...More

Great view of Mt Rotui and both bays, but way too many mosquitoes. Road from Oponohu Bay is well paved, but narrows and is windy toward the top.

In my opinion i would say it's to far to walk. In fact it would be a very expensive taxi ride. I would call them and ask about a shuttle.
