Outstanding beer!!!! The story of the brewery told from a very personal level. The story of how the beer is made was extremely thorough helped by a generous tasting of each of the beers. Very relaxed sitting on a plank of wood across the kegs.

Great little tour giving you an insight into craft brewing in the Cook Islands. The guys have overcome a lot of issues to create a great, locally owned and operated, craft brewing company. Beer samples for all the products were given as well as samples of the product throughout the brewing process. Our group bought beer and t-shirts at the... More

This was the highlight for the men during our recent trip to Rarotonga. Such good value for money $10 and you get three beers. They found the talk very interesting and informative and they would definitely go again.

We have been to Raro four times now and have ALWAYS meant to include the Matutu Brewery tour on our itinerary, however haven't managed to do it until this trip! And what a great tour! $10 well spent! So much information. You could see and hear the passion these guys have for their beer-brewing! We learnt so much about the... More

Very informative review of Matutu's origin and ongoing practices. Provided very interesting insight into local cultural and business practices. Not to mention, fresh and tasty beer!

As a beer lover we highly recommend the Matutu beer & brewery tour. This tour not only gives you an insight into the Cook Islands beer trade but also an insight into what we all should be under taking in life. This business has been built around not only for a passion for beer but for the love of the... More

Great local brewery with very interesting and information talk about how the beer is made. The guy is a wealth of knowledge on all aspects of beer and the politics surrounding it. Well worth the $ 10.00 which includes sampling of 3 beers - all of which are very nice. Not your typical brewery tour but one of the best... More

I went to this( not being a beer drinker) with my partner and we found the talk very interesting. Its good to see little businesses in Raro doing well in sprite of all the hardships. Good value for the price and generous sampling of the beers, the tour lasts a hour starting at 12 o'clock and 1 pm Mon -Fri... More

It may not look the flashiest, but it was a great informative talk about the brewery, politics, & some samples also.
