Apart from the very interesting log construction (unfortunately, it was not possible to see inside), the friend that was travelling with me pointed out the little-known dirt road to the adjacent old Russian Orthodox cemetery where we also observed 2 female moose - one with 2 babies!!…

Great photo op from a distance, but the building is closed to visitors. One can see the Russian Orthodox Church across the street, though tours must be arranged in advance.
