We traveled to the Leconte glacier in a thick hold aluminum vessel. When we got to the glacier, the water was filled with small icebergs. We maneuvered through the icebergs for 45 minutes, until we were as close to the glacier as we could get,...More

We were the only two passengers on this cruise and had a fabulous afternoon. We were looked after beautifully by Ron and given great information about the LeConte Glacier and LeConte Bay. An amazing experience, thanks Ron.

My dad and I took the half day trip to the LeConte Glacier. The boat was solid, the ride was comfortable, and the captain was very knowledgeable of the area. It was a great experience.

Disappointed Based on previous reviews, I guess I had high expectations, but was disappointed instead. Yes, the weather was bad, but we saw lots of whales anyway. My issue was with the captain. First, he showed up late with no apology or explanation. After a...More

Went on a tour with Captain Ron today. We saw lots of whales, sea lions, ice bergs. It was a great day. Ron was great at finding whales and he would slowly approach the whales, stop the engines, and drift while we got to listen...More
