We provide high quality fresh and saltwater guided fishing. We are a family owned and operated business. We live on the Kenai River and guide the river year round. We provide specialized wildlife viewing and birding adventures. We rent a 6 bedroom/4 bath Kenai River house to large groups for a very reasonable price and we have several cabins on separate river lots that we rent to visitors. We discount military, teachers, and Alaskan residents. We love what we do and we feel privileged to get to share this amazing place with our guest!

Reuben and his wife are nice folks, but they're incredibly unprofessional as guides. My wife and I were told to be on the dock and ready to fish at 5:30 a.m., so we were. Reuben kept us waiting for 40 minutes waiting for a six-member...More

Hi Jerry, I'm sorry that you didn't enjoy your very short time fishing with me. I remember the day as a very rainy day and I assumed that you left early (5 hours early) because you and your wife were wet. I really do wish...More

I have fished with Reubin and his guides over the last 15 years. Catching fish has never been a problem but for some reason catching a Barn Door Halibut or a large King Salmon on the Kenai has been a problem. Reubin and his guide...More

Rueben, I am interested in a fishing adventure for my grandson and myself. He will be 12 years old entering middle school. We feel that this is the age we have our last hook on him . Years to follow, he will not be excited about being with grandma and grandpa. We want this to be an exciting experience fishing for Halibut or if you think the chances would be better with Salmon OK, but he is really set on Halibut. I am not sure of all the logistics , but we will arrive in Anchorage July 2nd with the intention of going to your area for the fishing experience. Please, are we going to the right place for the Halibut ? For us this is a one time giant financial venture. I want him to experienced catching several halibut, is this realistic ? Provide me with ideas the lodging for three ,two nights, Halibut fee, freezing the catch to send home, and anything you can share. This is a one time shot with our oldest grandchild, with three more to follow. Ed, as well as your reviews have you almost walking on water, really looking forward to meeting you and Mindy. As per our phone conversation, I will call you or you will call me ( I forgot already ) around 5-5;30 Monday. Stan Canaris 610-929-1533
