If you are in Sighiosara then you must cling past the clock tower if you are able to. It I should not a hard climb as there are rest points and rooms with things to see in each floor in the way up. Museum pieces...More

Lots of little pieces collected from around. Not much explanations about stuff but there was an English read through lamenate page. I especially liked the working parts of the clock and being able to see the little cherubs that make up part of the clock....More

One can not visit Sighisoara citadel and not go up the clock tower. It's this city's landmark. The climb is not hard and you can stop at each floor to visit the history museum exposition. The view is very nice and if you are lucky...More

It has a nice view to the historical center, although it has a lot of people either in the tower or in the line to go there, so it is a long wait.

We enjoyed the fantastic panoramic view up and down after climbing up the narrow steps. Suitable walking shoes are definitely needed The displays of various mechanical clocks and figurines are quite interesting. The roof top of Clock Tower is interesting and pretty.

Better to go early or after lunch when the coach parties have left - a much more relaxed experience then. There are a few exhibits in the tower and it’s good to see the mechanism of the clock, but it is the views that impress.

There are a number of side rooms as you make your way up to the top. The best is the miniature recreation of the town, defense walls and all. Put everything in perspective.

We stayed at a place right under the clock tower. We climbed the stairs to the top. The view was amazing and the mechanical workings of the clock are on display. There are plaques displaying distances from other cities in the world. There are floors...More

There is not any chance to miss the Tower Clock, in Sighisoara's historic center as it can be seen from any point of old town. Do not miss to visit it. Be prepared to climb up many stairs, some of them are steep. It is...More
