Not our first time to see the tombs and hopefully not the last. Awe inspiring feat of workmanship set high in the rock face and especially appreciated when viewed floodlit at night. One not to be missed

Set in the mountain opposite the boats are the rock tombs of Dalyan. During the day is the best to see them, although at night they light them up. Apparently these are over 3000 years old.

At the time of visiting (May 2017) we weren't able to visit the tombs, however just seeing them from either the ground or on the Dalyan River was awe inspiring. Truly eye-catching, they tower over Dalyan town with sheer magnificence, a sight to behold indeed...More

Our guide for the day, from Tantur Travel, was exceptional. Thoroughly knowledgeable on the area and multilingual too. I would recommend this as a must on any itinerary fr the area.

Visited part of an excursion to turtle beach. Our guide gave us very detailed information about the history of the tombs as well as the myth. Worth a visit when passing!

One is enguılfed in a sense of being lost in "eternal" nature of the world when visiting the tombs. The location is close to town center and the lovely yacht harbor.

Hello, we are thinking of getting a hire car and visiting the tombs on our trip next month as we quite like to be independent. Would you recommend doing it this way instead of a trip? We have a baby and young boy, would we be able to take a push chair do you think? Also did it cost a lot? Thank you for your help :)

Not sure if the new tourist site is open yet. You can view from Dalyan or from the riverside. Buggy would probably be a no im afraid. Check out on google. Dalyan and Lycian Rock Tombs.
