Strangely laid out. Service selection was good and the spa accommodated our late arrival needs. Professional and friendly staff. Large treatment rooms. No hard sell of the product. Shower facility was ok. One ritual area which requires showering, had dirty towels laying around for quite a while. You can use the gym which had updated equipment and was pretty well... More

I booked an 80-minute Massage at the Gold Door Spa at The Boulders, which is only 10 minutes from my vacation home. I've just started researching nearby Spas for myself and guests while in Scottsdale and settled on this one after it was well-recommended to me. I go to Spas frequently and know what I like. My experience at the... More

The staff is friendly and helpful; the location is hard to beat, the exercise equipment is very good. The prices for spa items is high.

This was the first time I have tried this treatment. It was wonderful. The massaging effects with the citrus scrub were stimulating and relaxing at the same time. After Nancy applied the scrub over my whole body, she proceeded to rinse me off with a wonderful warm vichy shower. The only time I had to move was to sit up... More

We are delighted that you thoroughly enjoyed your Avocado Citrus Scrub treatment at the Golden Door Spa. We are happy you arrived early and enjoyed the Niwa offering a sauna, steam room and O’furo bath to complete the Golden Door experience. We hope to see you again in the near future. More

Beautiful and calming facility, great spa, gym and classes which are included if you stay there. Worth the splurge on the services (especially the couples massage)

We used the work out facilities. The spa and classes are open to the locals, as they use it as a "health and fitness club." Most of the time this was fine but we could see that this could present a problem during peak times.
