Glad we read previous reviews. This was a very relaxing side trip from Sedona on a "non hiking" day. We enjoyed the shops and were surprised by the number and variety of restaurants and bakeries. Shopkeepers were super friendly and welcoming. We'll probably be back on every visit.

I was surprised to find that Cottonwoods old Town was as good as it is. Antiques, food, bars, gifts. This place has it all. Worth a stop if you are in the area.

I stopped in cottonwood on my way to the copper museum in clarkedale. The Main Street is super cute and has great shops and dining. Much less crowded and more enjoyable than uptown Sedona! Definitely worth the visit if you want to get away from the crowds.

This town is a nice little jewel in the Phoenix-Sedona area. We had a very nice day wandering the streets and stores. Less hectic than Sedona and nice shops and restaurants. It appears more coming in. Lots of creativity in the air!

Cottonwood is still real . . . It's not Sedona. This is a town deserving respect, it has a real heart with real people that want to live there all year around. If you want an escape for tourist hell, go to a town meeting; from my point of view, a pretty damn impressive bunch of caring citizens.

We had a very enjoyable stop in Old Town. Lots of tourist shops plus some great Antique stores. Places to stop for wine tastings! We did not eat there but there was some great looking restaurants.

Loved walking on the trail by the jail. Loved Main Street and the shops and restaurants. It was a nice relaxing day in a small town. Old Town Cottonwood made me want to pack up and move from my southern home.
