If you are planning to return to Vegas the same day and need to experience beautiful scenery of majestic Grand canyon do not mind the $ and do the Sky... More

We almost skipped the Skywalk after reading all the negative reviews. We are very glad we ignored the reviews and went to check it out ourselves. We enjoyed everything about the experience. We chose the $76 entry, skywalk and lunch option. After wasting a few hundred dollars in Vegas, we thought this was a deal. The skywalk was a great... More

First of all some facts as there seems to be a lot of conflicting information here. -the ROAD to the site is nicely paved and even scenic (with Joshua trees), no off roading -one drives to a "Visitor Center"/gift shop to buy tickets, trinkets, photos -thereafter one must purchase a tour package and board their bus to access tribal land... You're not alone in your appreciation for Guano Point. People are amazed at the views the first time they visit. Weather can sometimes impact operations at Skywalk. We're glad to hear you enjoyed visit to Grand Canyon West. More

The cost of the skywalk is not outweighed by what more you can see by going on it. There are many restrictions to going on the bridge (no photos etc) and you're so high up in general, you don't see much more by going on it. The bridge is glass, so you can see below you which gives a perspective... More

Lita: Thank you for coming out to Skywalk and for taking the time to share your thoughts. Our response here isn't an attempt to change your mind - we know that's not possible and it's too late regardless - but simply to tell you that someone is paying attention and that we are concerned that you felt disappointed by your... We went here the day before we flew home... we wanted some way of seeing the Grand Canyon that we could drive to from Vegas that was not hundreds of miles, was reasonably priced and was not a helicopter, this was what we found. We booked our tickets online in advance and we found the ticket options confusing we eventually... More

Hello Laura: First, we want to thank you for taking the time to drive over from Las Vegas and for visiting the Skywalk. Also, thank you for taking the time to post your review of the experience. It's very clear that you wanted very much to be fair in reviewing Grand Canyon West and we really do appreciate that. In... More

While on a five day trip to Las Vegas this was one of the day trips we were looking forward to. After a 2-hour drive consisting of 125 miles, we made it to the parking lot only to be told they were at capacity and told we had to turn around. The security officers were unprofessional, rude and appeared to... More

Good morning, djremosnyc: We would like to get more details about what sounds like a very unsatisfying trip to Grand Canyon West. Typically, guests are not told to "turn around" if Skywalk is at capacity. Rather, the security team advises them how long the wait might be and then visitors can decide whether staying is worth it from their own... More

Reluctantly paid over $150 to get in for 2 adults. On our way from Vegas called to check the prices for kids since the website has a number to call to ask about kids prices. To the disgrace of this place, kids prices are the same as adults!! For a family of 4 this cost us almost $350! You guys... More

Probably a lot won't agree with this review. We did not have tickets so entered the building and joined a queue to buy tickets. On getting to the front of the line we were asked where were our tickets? We joined this line to buy tickets, no you'll have to go to another part of the building to buy them.... More

And while we do agree with you about the beauty of the Grand Canyon, we have to politely disagree about your... More

Cannot comment on the price as I booked through a tour company so the price I paid included a hummer from our hotel to the canyon. The skywalk was disappointing. As someone who is currently purchasing a house I know the drill that what you see in a picture isn't what you always get and the same thing happened here.... More

First, let us thank you for taking the time to drive over from Las Vegas and for visiting the Skywalk. Also, thank you for taking the time to post your review of the experience -- though we're not quite sure how to address your principal issue, which is that the Skywalk is not as big as it looks in pictures.... This is a great option when staying in Las Vegas, just a 2.5 hour drive ( you can stop at Hoover Dam on the way) and as you get close the scenery will take your breath away. This is a tribal run facility that has multiple activities you can hop off the shuttles for and plenty of options for souvenirs.... More
