It's a pretty much a small concrete building that's crumbling. A little hard to find. No signs to point it out until you get there. It's sort of down a hill next to a parking lot. Wasn't too impressed. Didn't even take a pic.

You go into the parking lot and there's the jail. It's cracked walls and propped up roof tell the tale. There's no other history signage. 5 minutes and your done.
Make sure to stop by the sliding jail. You could actually look right over it without knowing it. Take some time to walk around (not wheel chair assessable) enjoy the scenery and what Jerome has to offer.

The sliding jail is not what I expected. It is below a basketball court and not super easy to get to or find. I was expecting a bit more history here but still interesting to see. I you are not able bodied I wouldn`t bother...More
This is a very cool place. Lots of history here (and on the town as a whole). This is a must-see on Jerome. Don't forget to throw in a coin!
Not really an attraction but part of Jerome's history. There are many historical buildings and facts about Jerome all around the town, you just have to look out for them. You should stop by the information booth that is across from the parking lot, right...More
