We visited this area a while ago and the views were to die for. We had a perfect day with no wind. Our time was limited so we only went to the top of the cliffs but there is a lovely long walk with lots of stairs which one can also walk. It is really beautiful.

My wife and I did the full peninsula walk and thoroughly enjoyed it, but make sure you take plenty on water and sunscreen as there's very little shade from the sun. The wildlife made the walk even more special, particularly the sea lions hunting in shallow water and the photogenic dassies!

We went for a hike on our last day in Plett. There are 3 routes to choose from, an easy 2km to a more challenging 9km to the Point. The views were absolutely amazing😁The 9km route involves some rock climbing so I would suggest some sturdy hiking shoes and enough water.I only took 500ml,was definitely not enough.

We did the medium walk which took a couple of hours with fantastic views all round. Well worth the visit. Would recommend suitable walking footwear as some parts of the walk are a bit tricky.

Relatively long walk of a few hours with some minor rock climbs. Lots of variation with beach, rock, path, etc. Great views of the seals below.

We loved this walk. We chose to do the mid length walk, 5.5km, which took about 3 hours with a stop for lunch and plenty of photographs. The views are amazing throughout. This walk is varied and includes rock scrambles, hiking up and down a giant sand dune, and following paths right on the edge of the cliff. We saw... More
