Being in the area on holiday we had to play this course and it was worth it. This is real links golf. I suspect this course has not been changed for years. Please don't change it. You could easily imagine you are playing in Britain, thus could be Silouth or Liverpool or St. George's. The wind can be fierce, the... More

We started at 11 am enjoying the full energy of the wind. We liked it. After the game we found that a falling branch of a palm tree at the parking had destroyed our right mirror. The club manager was extremly helpful in sorting everything out with AVIS. Thanks a lot. We definetely come again.

Enjoy a lovely breakfast at this hidden place ! Not many people know that you can eat at the club house without being a member. The dining area is simple but has a lovely view over the sea. It is never too busy and a super place to read the Sunday papers!

Member at Wedgewood GC, which I love, but this course is a true test of golf, especially in the wind. True links course, which requires accurate shot making and judicious club selection. The wind....and take a spotter.... A must do on any golfing bucket list.

One of the best layouts I have played. Greens are in terrific shape. Be sure to have a drink in the 19th and engage one of the many friendly and knowledgeable members.

Not many visitors realise that they can enjoy a drink or a meal at the Golf Club without being a member. The meals are simple but very inexpensive and there is a nice view over the golf course . Open for breakfast - even on a Sunday . Lovely place to read your paper and relax.

We played this beautiful course with pleasure. Very well laid out, beautiful and well kept greens and fairways. The staff was helpful in any way. Certainly recommend this golf course.

If you are a golfer like me then this is a "must play" as it is the only true links course in SA. I had been told of the course from a fellow golfer who I just happened to meet in the airport at Johannesburg and who found out I was from Scotland. It was not on my radar but... More
