Visited the Japanese Gardens with my family recently and was disappointed with the lack of maintenance and upkeep. I had good memories of visiting the Japanese Gardens many many years back. Used to be a popular stop over for after wedding photography. Not any more.

Nice basic gardens. No shops on site. Lots of activity during festive periods with families. Not missing too much if you skip this on your agenda.

My team and I decided to go the the Japanese Gardens for a team braai. It is a beautiful spot with a lovely little ponds. Great for a stroll and to get out when the weather is good. Worth a visit!

We visited Japanese Gardens a week ago. I was very disappointed. My memory of these gardens was a place of stunning beauty. It now desperately needs attention.

It can be a very beautiful place to spend the day with family, however it appears to be a little run down and in desperate need of maintenance. Many of the parks features seem very old and could use a little TLC. Overall its a...More
