A very popular destination for families, work colleagues and various groups. Lots of space for picnics and braais. Clean, neat restrooms. Can get very busy on Friday evenings and weekends. Sometimes there are flea markets or car shows.

this was a place you could take your family , unfortunately what I witnessed was dangerous , with a street party on weekends with no police visible .

Spent a day here, with our own hired catering services to celebrate our diploma completion and wishing a farewell to fellow classmates. I was a lovely experience... All white picnic

Wow! Family and friends and braai under the trees, watching the ducks swimming in the lake, and just appreciating nature. Gloryfying God for His Beautiful creation . Awesome and relaxing.

Like to enjoy the sun rising out of the Indian Ocean? Blue lagoon is the ideal place. In the early morning it is really quiet,. Good for swimming as well. Recommended.

We visited the Blue Lagoon after many years. We attended a function at the Conference Centre. This centre was not there many years ago. The parking was full and buzzing. People were picnicking, fishing and swimming. It is a pity that the place was dirty.

When there after many years and was pleasantly surprised to see how full the place was on a Sunday and also very well kept. Tried out the bunny chow from Danny's which was quite tasty.
