Nice tourist attraction with some artistic shops and a great food market. The shops seemed mainly clothing and art. Nice selection of foods and some entertainment. Also some interesting shops, cafes and pubs in the area.

This was a lovely market and not quite what we expected. Interesting place to browse through and enjoy a variety of good foods, drinks, art prints and SA made products but probably wouldn't recommend taking children. It was very busy and not too much space to move in the shops with all the people. People sitting around on the AstroTurf... More

What an awesome place a must visit for all tourists. A huge variety of food stalls from savory, sweet, preserves and pastries to beers, cocktails, champagne, skinny juices, fresh juices and so much more. Live bands fill the air with a beautiful ambiance of bustling students to locals and foreigners.

This is a old warehouse, re-built, where we find a lot of good staff for souvenirs. There are excellent restaurants (that need to be booked in advance), a chocolate factory, clothes designers and other artists. On saturdays they make a street market with food. Very nice, and kids enjoy it.

A great way to spend a Saturday where you are truly spoilt for choice with great food and drink that you just cannot find elsewhere. Be prepared to spend quite a bit, but well worth it.

The best quality, value, and variety of food I have ever experienced. The vibe is totally hipster but not so much to spoil it. It felt like locals and tourists alike mingled about enjoying the food, drink, and music. Interesting shopping abounds within the market, and tons of cool shops line the street where the market is located. I wish... More

We spent our last Saturday before flying in this local market. The market is very big and comprised two "sub-markets" - food and dry goods. The variety of food sometimes made your choice difficult because everything looks delicious. There was a big crowd there and it is hard to find a spot to sit. Finally, we sat down in front... More
