We spent time driving into the park and walked about 2 km on a boardwalk to see the suspension bridge connecting two large rock formations

We travelled from Mossel Bay to Port Elizabeth stopping at all the recommended viewpoints. There is just so much to see, stunning mountains, beaches, reserves with hikes, Cannot recommend it enough. Happy to recommend routes and stops to anyone wanting advise.

Too a day trip to Tsitsikamma National Park with the family and was in awe of the natural beauty and its surroundings. We took the mouth trail, walking through the rain-forest and across the suspension bridges. Then took the hike up the mountain to witness...More

It is a long road and I think the name is misunderstood since there are no gardens along the road. But never less, it was a pleasure to see the view and whoever has time, will find a lot of activities along the route.

Stopped at a number of different parks but Tsitsikamma was our favorite. Tough but rewarding hike to the viewpoint. Amazing views and great swim in the Indian Ocean. Advise people to bring water and a camera. Mother Nature at her very best.

This part of the Garden Route was nices. During certain parts of the trip one will see the sea and other times the forest. Part of this tour in the forest and the marshy areas reminded me of South Carolina, USA.

The Tsitsikamma NP is one of the most interesting, well maintained and really nice NPs on the Garden Route. We enjoyed it much. See to use the morning or afternoon hours, there are many people on the usual paths...

Either way would be fine. It also depends on your destination airport.
