This must be considered one of the most beautiful courses that we have ever played. It is also very challenging. Beware of the long carries and take plenty of balls. Hospitality and friendliness of the staff is excellent. They cannot do enough for you. We have played many courses on the garden route and this must rate one of the... More

Few courses can boast such a setting. Dramatic views in all directions. Facilities and course conditions are first rate. I would say it's a must play experience for anyone in the area. It's tough in places but fair. It challenges and tests ones game. On the first attempt one needs to be more conservative in order to learn lines off... More

Another buggy course. Much prefer walking. Started as a 3 ball. The other 2 had already played 9. The Marshall assured me I'd have others to play with but this never materialised. Fairly straightforward course, greens the slowest I'd played this month. Overwatered fairways. No driving range or warm up nets. Short game area and putting green. Soulless clubhouse.

Arrived 45 minutes before our tee time, to be greeted by 'don't care' reception staff. Although buggies had been booked, they were not made available until long after our tee time. We were promised they would be supplied with ice and water - none available and the ice never came to cool down the warm water supplied. The views are... More

This is a difficult course. There's a few blind shot holes, serious rough and tricky greens. Whilst you would have to get to know it I am glad i only played it once this year (as last year). It's worth a visit as there are some fine views.

This golf course is a true challenge of golf, big carries from all the tees so not for the faint hearted but you are rewarded with true greens and the most amazing views that I have ever seen on a golf course. You definitely need to think your way around the course rather than just hitting big drives. We would... More

When moving to Knysna form the UK I decided to take up golf again, and luckily I was living on the golf estate. The course is very tough but very rewarding with both views and quality. Great course, staff, facilities, can't fault it.

We had great expectations for our visit to Pezula after the outstanding Simola the previous day. Everything that went so right at Simola went askew at Pezula. It started badly with a booking mix up and we were told we were teeing off 30 minutes prior to the booked time. We had arrived in good time and still had time... More

The course was perfect. It's scenery is second to none and all the facilities around the course are top class. Must do for avid or novice golfers in the area with their clubs. Game costs around R600 with a cart and booking is essential. The course is super busy especially around December.
