A bit of a drive on a dirt road leads you to this hidden gem. You will need to park and climb through about 300 metres of rock pathway to reach the beautiful waterfall. Some parts are a bit muddy so take comfy shoes, we managed the walk in flip flops. The only sad thing was to see the amount... More

Clearly signposted just before you get to the Cango Caves. A turn to the right on to a mainly dirt road - but easy motoring. Now costs R53 per vehicle. (from a little hut to the side of the gate - if there is no one in it - just hoot!) You can drive through the gate and park fairly... More

This is my second visit and it is truly a majestic sight. Still in very dry conditions this waterfall did not disappoint. A great next stop after completion of Cango Caves. A definite add to anyone's bucket list.

What a great view. Make sure to pack your costume and bring a picnic basket. Bring along the whole family, although this is not wheelchair friendly and it requires you to take a short hike, but it is well worth it.

We travelled to the waterfall using a sat nav, she got lost! No sattelite or mobile phone reception beyond a certain point. On a dirt road that is a bit bad in places so take it easy driving there. Pay a nominal entrance fee, per car not per person, another 2.5 kms of dirt road to the parking area. Short... More

We visited the cango caves and were looking for a nice place to picnic. There was a road sign indicating a waterfall and so we took it unknowingly of what we would find. The road is breathtaking and luckily accessible with even a polo! A very short walk though even more beautiful terrain will get you to one of the... More
