Jonkershoek is great for everything! Hiking, running, cycling, picnic. It's unbelievably beautiful and a great escape from civilised society.

This Nature Reserve is very impressive with majestic vistas around every corner. The entrance to the park is ZAR 40 which was reasonable. You drive into the Reserve but be mindful that the road is very rocky and you need to have a reasonable car...More

The reserve is beautiful and offers excellent hiking trails. Fresh mountain water along the way to drink. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking. Four hiking routes to choose from. And it is safe to hike inside the reserve. Entrance fee is R40 per person.
