Our experience started with Oliver meeting us at our hotel. We took a taxi to the start of our tour. And what a full day tour! You name it. We saw it! We cannot express enough of how knowledgable and pleasant Oliver was. A tour and experience not to be missed.

We have to say that anyone’s first lesson in “Buenos Aires Appreciation” must be with Ceri. He delivered a stellar experience. He connected with us and us with him. He insures that he knows his audience (us) right away and he certainly knows his subject (the city) and how to articulate it vividly. We came away further impressed with this... More

We did a half day walking tour with guide Jessica. Jessica is a US expat originally from NJ but now living in BA. Having lived in BA for some time and with a degree in Latin Am history and spanish, she is a real authority on history of Argentina, BA and the region. She gave a wonderful tour with a... More

We are sure glad we found BuenosTours. We took three half-day tours with Don and they were fantastic - interesting, enjoyable, informative and flexible. Don was very knowledgeable on BA as he had lived here many years but could also relate to us coming from the USA. Being a private tour, it was also very flexible to tailored to our... More

We booked only a day in advance but all communications were excellent. Our guide Richard was most informative, the tour was personalised for the things we were particularly interested in and the pace was relaxed and enjoyable. Would thoroughly recommend this company.

(Reposting this here as I accidentally posted this review on their sister company, Buenos Aires Local Tours) These guys were great, unfailingly polite and helpful despite me being somewhat of the customer from hell... I had two days booked, had to cancel the first day as I was sick. Ceri, my guide, offered to come by my hotel and bring... More

We flew into Buenos Aires at 7am from California. We met our tour guide, Jack at 10am in the lobby of the hotel. We had signed up for the 7 hour walking tour of the city. What a great adventure. Jack led us through some highlights of the city with great knowledge, poise and charisma. We enjoyed hearing his stories... More

I was staying in Buenos Aires for 12 nights, so decided to book a full tour on my first full day to help me to get to know the city a little better. My tour guide was Jack, who was excellent. He provided a first class experience, with knowledge of the city and neighborhoods. Historical and practical. It seemed like... More

We arranged a tour last minute, and BuenosTours was very flexible and accommodating to our needs. The whole process to arrange the tour was simple and straightforward, and the folks at BT were super-responsive to my emails. Our tour guide Don was pleasant and very informative and was flexible in moving at the pace we wanted in the locations we... More

Staying in Palermo

Neighbourhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
