What started out as a rough day ended with a lovely afternoon riding along the Rio de la Plata with Brian. When my friend and I were exceptionally delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, Brian accommodated us with a later start time. It was so nice to get out of the city and see the Tigre Delta. Brian is knowledgeable, friendly,... More

Had a great day exploring outside of the city on the Tigre tour. Brian, the guide, is very attentive and knowledgable and spending time with him learning about his city was worth it in itself. Definitely book this tour, it's not a hard ride and you'll experience a different side of BA.

We did the tour with Brian today on bikes from Plaza San Martin to the train station then after a short train trip, we cycled over 20kms towards Tigre. Some very interested get suburban and coastal towns and street-scapes, an easy ride and some great information from Brian. Only downside being Sunday on a long weekend, the Portes of Tigre... More

I had a lovely day on the bike tour to Tigre. The guide Brian was really helpful adjusting our bikes to the right height and leading the way whilst keeping an eye on everyone to keep people together in 1 group. The ride was mostly flat and a gentle pace, we stopped at a number of view points and saw... More

We spent a day with Brian at the Tigre tour. First a short trip with the train, then easy bike cruising along the Rio de la Plata. Many elaborated explanations of Brian helped us to understand a little bit more of the region and Argentina. He is a great host and responses to questions in a natural, friendly and competent... I can only recommand to book a tour with Bike it. We just spent an amazing day at the Tigre with our nice guide Brian. He did our best to make us happy. Wonderful landscapes, many stops with interesting information, high security and safe bikes. Going to Tigre by bike and adding the kayak option will make you discover this... More

We wanted to do something different then walking around the city. Found this company and from 1st enquiry to finish in every way satisfied. Brian, our guide was on agreed time and place with the appropriate equipment. The tour itself is fun as you bike a little toward the train station, board it and ride out of the city. Once... More

Brian did an excellent job in showing us along the coast. Informative tour that went at the pace we wanted. Good options suggested for lunch as well.

The sights were unspectacular, we drove mostly through boring suburbs. Tigre is very touristic, prices are ridiculously high and quality of food low. Our guide didn't give us a lot of insights and the snacks were very basic.

So I did the epic bike + canoe tour of Tigre and its surrounding suburbs and was not disappointed at all. The bikes were hella comfortable and perfect for the multiple surfaces we went on. Brian was super chill, friendly, and knowledgable of the areas and wouldn't hesitate to answer any and all questions. We saw beautiful beaches, deltas, cobblestone... More

Staying in Retiro

Neighbourhood Profile
Retiro
Exquisite palaces and luxurious apartment buildings combine with art galleries and exclusive boutiques to make Retiro the perfect spot for those who enjoy sophistication. However, the non-stop foot traffic to and from Retiro train and bus terminals, accompanied by the myriad of trucks leaving and arriving at the port, mean this neighbourhood is never truly at rest. One minute you are walking down a street dotted with ornate mansions and luxurious shop windows and the next you find yourself surrounded by a sea of people racing to catch their train or bus. It is this juxtaposition of never-ending comings and goings and quiet, elegant luxury that defines Retiro, as well as Buenos Aires, a city where sharp contrasts are all around.
