The jungle is reclaiming the ruins in most areas on this site. Still interesting but don't expect to see the same type of ruins that you see in San Ignacio & Santa Ana. When you buy admission to one of the Argentine ruins it gets you access to all 4 for a few days. So it is worth an 1-2... More

These ruins are certainly much less known than San Ignacio, however, this has three big advantages: 1) First of all there's a complete lack of tourists. Chances are that you will be completely alone here. 2) They offer excellent guided tours for free. Honestly, you'll definitely need them as it takes quite some imagination to interpret the scattered rocks, but... More

Realize this was built around 1685, then look close at the details of the Original Doors and Original Door Hinges. The Wood Beams all Original. As it was it is still today. Hard to believe that such history pre-dates anything we have standing in the U.S.A (there may be something. Not as grand as this) and it is like it... More
