It was an impressive drive through a very diverse landscape, ranging from junge to desert and high altitude. A must-do in Salta

This was not on our agenda but became part of our trip as our original destination was blocked by a mudslide. So glad we got to see this beautiful landscape! Must do it in a four-wheel drive though!

This is a long ride going up mountains through a zigzag street, to enjoy a view for the valley, the mountains, the clouds. Best to see both with clouds at morning or without on afternoon.

Road 33 from Salta to Cachi - absolutely beautiful scenery with spectacular views. Road down into Salta from the top is a challenge but worth it for the views.

If you like landscapes and adventure, and even more if you love to drive, it is an excellent place to go to visit and enjoy beautiful views of the valleys and everything that surrounds you. The key is to go on a sunny and clear day, otherwise ... the adventure will be greater, but the landscapes will not be seen... More

To cross the road of the bishop's slope is like climbing to the sky by a road of varied curves and contracurvas full of colors. Starting from the foot of the Montana Forest until arriving at the 3400 MSNM where the cardones live. While you travel at the expense of the bishop can cross groups of guanacos, vicuñas and most... You don´t need a 4wd vehicle to visit it´s whole length. Although, there´re some dirt parts on the way. It´s a zig zagging road uphill with lots of curves which might make you sick. Try not to eat heavily before visiting. The view is overwhelming and if you´re lucky you might be able to see condors.

The path to arrive there is nice, the bus goes up in the mountains and you can see the landscapes down while you go up.
