We went in july, and i thought that everything in there would be working, but there was little snow, and almost everything was closed, kids club closed to. Very disappointed.... should have snow machines and be prepared for those climate surprises.

To do skiing in South America this is for me one of the best areas to do. You can do also a lot more then just skiing because you are in or near Nahuel Huapi National Park

Without doubt this is one of my favorite spots in the world. The views are breathtaking. It is a very nice sky center if you would to go skiing.

It is a very nice ski center! so you must go on winter and if you wanna experience the whole deal make sure the ski season its open. In summer this place is dead and the ski season is often in the end on june or mid july. It has a really nice "town center" like place on the base... More

If summer skiing is on your bucket list, this should be the place. Beautiful mountain with lot of lifts. It is easy to access from the city center via bus which is nice. Lift tickets are way cheaper compared to the US!

Short on time, we chose to use the cable cars to ride to the summit. The first leg of the ride was in enclosed car with blue tinted window. Wish there were an option for an open-air ride; this time one of year, only one lift runs. The lift takes you to a beautiful vista at about 6,000 feet. Based... More

This is really worth doing. You can hike up from the bottom of catedral or take the gondola/chairlift up and hike from there. Depends how long You want to hike versus admiring the scenery and taking in some food at the chalets on mountain etc. all are fantastic. I highly recommend going all the way to the top. The view... We rode all the way to top it was a lot of fun. First to ride in a gondola and then a chair lift. On a clear day it is more than worth it go

This was one of several tours our travel agency booked for our stay in Bariloche. Obviously, this is for going up the mountain. Everyone in our group was retirement age, except for a young couple. They were the only ones that ventured up & returned over 2 hours later. So the rest of us just sat around. The ride is... More
