If you are in the area you should definitely swing by the cathedral. The building is beautiful and has a good view of the lake.

The cathedral is somewhat austere but breathtaking because of that. The interior is mainly stone with colorful stain glassed windows providing decoration. The ground level was beautiful and another row of stained glassed wIndows were way over head. This church seemed very tall compared to others we have visited, It is definitely newer and has a splendid setting on a... More

This is one of the masterpieces created by architect Alejando Bustillo. If you are looking to enjoy Bariloche's architecture this is one of the places to go. You should check out the timetable because is not open to public all day long.

The only chilling place (the park in front) of the city. The road nearly is not too crowdy and it is a good place to lay in the grass, looking at the lake. The Church itself is quite simple but still nice to visit

It's just a beautiful cathedral in the heart of Bariloche. Pretty to hang out in the gardens in front of it and have a picnic.

Since we live in Bariloche, we tend to forget how magical this town really is. The Cathedral is a perfect example of that beauty. Overlooking over Lake Nahuel Huapi, this magnificent stone edifice welcomes one to the city. The many stained glass windows reflect not only biblical events, but also many Patagonian personalities and occurrences. Not to be missed.
