A beautiful place to see local birds. Amazing view to the argentine lake and mountains on the background. The best place for a run in the city and a great place to contemplate the sunset.

Really not much to see and we were told that it would be a nice walk alongside the lake, but it was not as most of it was on paved streets and not really near any nature.
Birders, this is a great spot, very accessible, good trail and blinds, easy flat walking, informational signs. Good illustrated bird list/brochure can be purchased at the entrance. We were there in April, evening and morning and saw over 25 species, including short-eared owl.

We walked to the Reserve from our hotel Xelena . Had a wonderful time exploring and enjoying the views. Saw many flamingos up close. Many other birds were spotted as well. Highly recommend if you have extra time and love the outdoors.
