Little area with open air walking between the small shops, and some seating outside. The area is lined with small shops that sell souvenirs. An open air gallery with the common shops. Just to enjoy the gnomos, the decoration of the shop doors, the artificial waterfall at the back and some crafts. A bar upstairs.

Nice architecture, same old tourist stuff for sale. Folks seem nice enough. I can say that the upstairs coffee shop to the right served the best hot chocolate I had in Calafate.
