NIce view on a nice day

We were there in clouds, so the view into Chile was not overwhelming. But one of the nicer sections of the park and one where you can spend some time.

Lago Roca is just a small but beautiful part of Los Glaciares. One of the must-see in there. Is a good spot to Have lunch and relax a little. The view is pretty awesome.

A beautiful lake where the locals come with the whole family. At times it can get a little louder than you want, but later in the day there were far less people. Also, this is the start of the trailhead to Hito, which I totally recommend if you want to connect with nature and leave the noise behind.

As a lake, it was average. The trek to get there was also average. Patagonia has better to offer, such as El Chalten's more strenuous but more beautiful hikes.

Do this walk tho the Chilean boarder. It is an easy 3 hour walk I. Beautiful terrain with old trees and the view over the lake. Bring a small pique-nique and then have lunch at the restaurant at the start of the walk.

This is really a spectacular part of the world and well worth a visit from town. Even if the weather is not all that great it is still a very atmospheric place to visit.

Great place to hike. Not that difficult terrain since it is not going up that steep. It takes about an hour and a half to get to the border of Chili starting from the parking lot. We saw many birds and even a red fox. He was mostly interested in our bag since it had food in it.

This is a large lake surrounded by beautiful scenery of snow peaked mountains. It was a bitterly cold day so didn't have the chance to enjoy the scenery.
