The quality of the Snow is awesome for Ski/Snowboarding. The infrastructure is good and there is a good quantity of tracks for beginners and experienced skiers. Food and drinks are expensive, i would at least bring some water with me. Solomon rental gear.

It's a midium size ski resort close to Ushuaia, around 3 and a half hours by plane from Buenos Aires. It has great snow conditions, the pistes flow very well with options for all levels, and there's accessible off-piste terrain pretty much everywhere. The snow...More

This venue has a lot of slopes for beginners like me. Staff are super helpful in the lifts and classes but not so much in the equipment hire area and the cafe opposite it. We had a great time there. Equipment to hire, food and...More

The best place in Ushuaia! Good structure for rentals and good services. Prices are fare for the offers.

superb for snowboarding, but good for sightseeing too, incredible views! Not so easy to get there, unless you rent a car but the journey is worth it.

This is probably one of the best ski stations in Argentina, very good infrastructure and tracks. Good for beginners and advanced skiers. During the winter, several ski teams from around the world come by to practice there.

I´m a skier .I've been in Cerro Castor several times and I´ve never seen an accident in the road. It´s a mountain road so it´s better if you have mountain driver skills but its not a dangerous road!

Yes, there's Castor Ski Lodge, and apparently it just went through an overhaul. Haven't checked yet, but it's a great option if all you want to do is ski/snowboard. Bear in mind that you will have to drive to the town every... More
